* YOUR daily dose of CAFFEINE

Most of us hate changes. We hate it if our routine lives got interrupted, we hate it if we have to move to a new place, new life, new friends or maybe..new partner.

For the past 10 years, I have to go through a lot of changes...changes to my skin colour ( Yeah), changes to my weight ( stick thin ---yoyo to a balloon--and now yoyo back to medium size), changes to my friends (a few good friends --> very few true friends), partners ( let's dont go there), schools, cities... and now...back to my own shit hole..for good.

Today I am feeling quite down.

Yes, I have to get used to a new working environment, the hot weather, living back with parents again (after 10 years) and making new friends. :(

Shit. I realised that as I grow older, this is becoming more difficult for me.
Love over bread?

I am either very stupid or very smart.

Maybe... I am both.

Every girls needs to have at least a true good girlfriend.

Admit it, no matter how much in love we are with our partners, we STILL need our girlfriends.

Guys' perceptions to our girls' minds are very limited. Most of the times, they don't have a single clue why are we sad/angry/moody. To them our minds are just too enigmatic for their simple squarish brains.

Not surprisingly,I find it difficult to let him understand how my brain works sometimes.
If I share my problems with my best friend, she will go: Oh I understand how you feel. I felt exactly the same way before too!! And for that very moment, I thank God for her. At least, I don't feel retarded or wrong feeling the way I felt.

Yesterday, my best friend tied the knot. The fact that I missed her big day for my stupid work did not help to clear the dark clouds hanging over my head.

For some eerie reasons I felt like I am the mother giving away my daughter.
It's like...she is a married person now, someone with the title Mrs..and things will not be the same again.
Sigh...I vividly remember the time when we were 13 years old ...she was sitting behind me using STABILO pens and refused to lend me her Prestons Sejarah reference book. :) How cute.

By the way, I am engaged :)

If there is one thing that I can ask for in life, it will be the one that is always mentioned in the fairy tales---'happily ever after'.

After multiple blog skin changing, finally I am happy with this! Hmm.. at last I found something light and cheerful!

The departmental dinner a few weeks ago was a blast! The food was O-K. I don't eat raw food like Sashimi so most of my calaries were from Sakei wine! Hehe..Our Head of Department Prof F was so drunk and started hitting on the girls!! * URGH* He bought us continuous Sakei wine. He was quite impressed that I can drink ( thanks to my dad's training with Qing Dao ). Anyway it is just weird due to the fact that this strict and no-bullshit Prof was actually drunk and turned touchy-fillies!

LC, Prof F, Allan
SW, LC, SC cardiologist
Sakei!

We were gone

After the dinner we went to Pump House in Clarke Quay. SW was the one that kept urging us to the bar and this is how he was like for the whole night.

The girls and boys were active in the dance floor but I volunteered to stay back watching the bags. SW was beside me grabbing his head looking stoned and seriously I am worried sick that he would puke in front of me. Apparently the next day he survived his hang-over and busy angio cath patients. I wonder what would the patients think if they knew what happened last night. :P

LC was so gone. She was screaming or perhaps more accurately.. squeeking.. most of the time. Her lobster-red face (thanks to alcohol) was hard to ignore. Ha-Ha. I think I was half-drunk but as usual, the si ai bin me just kept quiet and smiled all that night long. So nobody thought that I was drunk. Mark the HO who followed us all night has H1N1 the next day. I wonder if all of us have it now.:/
