Nurses are nice, sweet, caring. Not as sexy as the one above. YOU WISH.
C 'mon, let's talk about reality here.
How would you feel if you got paged in the middle of...something important e.g. HAVING YOUR MEALS when you got msgs like:
' Oh, for your information, Mr. XX has a temperature of 37.8 C'
AS IF I CARE. You won't impress if until he got a temp of 38C!
'Oh, just to let you know that Mrs XX has a blood pressure of 160/95 mmHg'
Tell me, who on earth in the Geriatrics Ward doesn't have a BP of more than 150mmHg???
'Oh, I know you must be very busy, but can you come up to chart laxatives for so and so?'
I am sure whoever he/she who needs to PANG SAI can WAIT for a minute or two.
'Oh can you come to look at Mrs XXXX rashes?'
She has the rashes for TWENTY ODD YEARS already...
Having said that, nurses are very important people, give extremely valuable input and help to us.
HERE YOU GO, I GOT MY ASS COVERED.

I don't normally have soft spot for babies. But I have to admit that this creature is too cute to be true
Can you believe that I am an auntie now?
SCARY.
I will train her to call me 'Mei Nu'.
Isn't that cool to hear it from an innocent young kid who 'theoretically' won't tell lies?
Something to cheer me up everytime when I meet up with her. Her parents will surely pengsan.
But I like the idea though.

Apparently there is a random dog that faithfully sticks along my dad's butt wherever he goes for a stride in the evening. Funnily, my dad falls for it. Perhaps it is due to its resemblance of our old family dog who deceased some years back then. So, regardless of its origin, it got adopted. They called him 'Lucky'.
They feed and shower it everyday nursing it like a baby. It happily settled at our front porch.
Now Lucky got a long-term girlfriend. One day, she tagged along into our gate and decided to stay for good without invitation. According to my mom, they got married not too long ago (Let's don't go into the details about why we think they are married shall we).
LUCY LOO.
Okay, now we have 2 dogs. Fine.
To my annoyance, they conveniently received all the attentions from my parents. They treated the dogs like 'their children.' 'They are our kids now.' So they claimed.
Now that's a big 'WHAT-THE'.
Recently Lucy gave birth to several puppies. Apparently the puppies look nothing like Lucky. Lucky is all white . Lucy is black and white.
So the equation that I work out is:
White+black= Grey or white, black
The puppies can only be limited to the colours above.
And here comes the sms:
'Lucy delivered 9 puppies last night, 5 blacks (1 died) , 4 black and white like the mother. The dogs' daddy is definitely not Lucky, Likely it is the PIRATE dog because 3 puppies have his looks. Lucky seems to have realised the truth earlier and is not very friendly to Lucy of late. '
